Professional Customer Service
It is rarity these days to be treated so well and when those days do happen, I feel that it is important to share them. From the very start of my first call to Brandster, asking for help to identify a specific product of interest that I couldn't find, to the very last call asking for help with the shipping damage I incurred in the purchase, I was treated with the highest lever of customer service. Each of my 3 phone calls was to a gentlemen by the name of Sam, who represented the company and their brand as I would love for any employee of mine to do. I hope and trust that all of Brandster's employees are as professional as Sam has been to me.
